In Family Law, Restorative Justice stands out as an effective and humanized method for resolving disputes, especially through Peacebuilding Circles, which allow parties to express emotions and collaborate in resolving conflicts. From a Freudian perspective, these methods address conflicts rooted in unconscious emotions, promoting emotional healing.
