Abstract

The consensual practices have gained prominence in the legal sphere due to their reduced cost and speed in resolving conflicts, contrasting with traditional judicial procedures. In Family Law, Restorative Justice stands out as an effective and humanized method for resolving disputes, especially through Peacebuilding Circles, which allow parties to express emotions and collaborate in resolving conflicts. From a Freudian perspective, these methods address conflicts rooted in unconscious emotions, promoting emotional healing.
